Strategy

Luma Automation invests in projects requiring between 5 and 30 million euros. The method of executing an investment is flexibly tailored to each project. Financing is carried out through capital increases, majority share acquisitions, or incremental investments.

We are looking for companies that aim above all to increase profits, grow faster and more efficiently than their competitors, and create added value for their region and society.
We are interested in developing companies from Central and Eastern Europe, including the Baltic states and the Balkan Peninsula.

Our team

The Luma Automation Capital Group is made up of industrial-sector business practitioners and a management team with extensive experience in privatisation, restructuring, finance, and banking. To date, the team has completed M&A transactions totalling more than PLN 4.5 billion.
